At Cumulus Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home brewing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware and unopened accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
